Lead Technician

We are seeking AV Lead Technicians to join our team. We have multiple openings and are looking for qualified individuals that want to feel like they are a part of a family and are looking for a future instead of a job.

This will be a full-time position with a competitive salary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The ability to work alone or with others
  • The knowledge to manage project installations from beginning to end
  • The ability to manage small one day jobs and large yearlong projects
  • Strong technical, communication & computer skills
  • Installation of all aspects of structured wiring, audio video & integration systems
  • Experience with the service and troubleshooting of audio and video components
  • General installation, to include pulling cable in floors and ceilings, dressing cable in racks, termination of coax, audio and LAN cables
  • Mechanical experience in mounting to walls and ceilings equipment such as flat panel monitors, speakers, projectors and screens
  • Experience reading plans, and debugging previously installed A/V systems
  • The ability to work in a team environment with A/V project manager and other technicians
  • Participate in weekly departmental meetings that relate to the schedule of all ongoing projects and associated tasks and to prepare reports on each
  • Support the department with new ideas that will enhance the quality of our services and increase both productivity and profitability
  • 5+ years of AV experience
  • Crestron installation experience is a plus
  • Control system knowledge (Examples: AMX, Crestron, Control4, etc.)
  • CEDIA certification is a plus

Technician Apprenticeship

This will be a full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No Experience Required
  • Strong technical, communication & computer skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment with A/V project manager and other technicians
